When and how can I opt in to this program?

Opt-in deadlines are April for September programming, and November for February programming. Opting into the program secures you the number of spots your institution will use to send students to U of NYFW.

When opting in, institutions will need to provide the number of students you plan to send, your selection process and your preferred payment method.

If you are interested in opting in, please reach out to your CLC Partnerships team.

How do I select student(s)?

Institutions are responsible for identifying student/s and providing contact information to CLC by set date.

It is imperative for institutions to communicate the selection process to the student prior to CLC outreach.

Sample selection processes:

-Application

-Merchandising contest

Once I provide CLC participating student information, what do I do next?

Your job is done! We will take it from here.

Students will be asked to fill out a survey to share travel information, among other important items for trip logistics. Our staff will share student flight information via email, immediately after booking, based on their survey response. The student webinar is usually hosted after travel has been booked.

What resources will I have access to for marketing and PR purposes?

If larger messaging around participation is needed, we will be happy to assist upon request. Please contact us at hello.uofnyfw@clc.com
